Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Monday announced the 20-member preliminary squad for the closed camp as part of the preparation for the ACC Twenty20 Elite Cup to be held in Kathmandu from December 1-10. The National Selection Committee headed by Bijay Kumar Sharma named the squad that will train under newly-hired Sri Lankan born Canadian coach Pubudu Dassanayake. The squad includes Paras Khadka, Gyanendra Malla, Sharad Vesawkar, Anil Mandal, Binod Das, Mahesh Chhetry, Mebhoob Alam, Basanta Regmi, Amrit Bhattarai, Shakti Gauchan, Binod Bhandari, Bhuwan Karki, Rahul BK, Pradeep Airee, Prithu Baskota, Faizlur Rehman, Krishna Karki, Sanjam Regmi, Sagar Pun and Avinash Karn.
