The nine-a-side tournament was played in Prospect Park on Saturday.
And the event was won by FC Tongba, who defeated 04 Football Club 2-0 in the final.
The event, which attracted 40 youth teams and eight veteran sides, was organised by the Greater Reading Nepalese Community Association (GRNCA).
Chet Gurung was declared best player in the youth section, while Prakash Rai ended the day as the top scorer.
Among the veterans, Lok Prasad Limbu got the best player award and Raju Limbu was the leading marksman.
The Nepalese ambassador to the UK, Dr Suresh Chandra Chalise, and the Mayor of Reading, Councillor Deborah Edwards, presented the trophies and medals.
Other guests included the Non-Resident Nepali Association chairman Surya Gurung.
More than 150 volunteers worked all day to make sure that the tournament ran smoothly.
Chairman of GRNCA Mahesh Gurung said: “On behalf of the GRNCA, I would like to express my gratitude, especially to the Nepalese ambassador to the UK, Mayor of Reading and NRN chairman for their presence and encouragement to make this programme inspiring and successful.”
Around 5,000 people of Nepalese origin live in and around Reading.
