Nepal Unites, a Facebook campaign, launched Hami Sabai Nepali, a theme song to unite all Nepalis to build a better future on June 11 at Sherpa Mall.Subba-Weise urged all youth to unite for to change their own selves.
A large number of youth with candles lit, waving flags and sporting tee-shirts of Nepal's flag chanted in one voice -- Hami sabai Nepali, ek haun Nepali (We are all Nepalis, Let us unite as one).
Facebook campaigners urged all youth to take part in the campaign.
Darpa Shrestha from Chakrapath said, "We want change and youth are the foundation of chan-ge." Bikash from Gyaneshwar shared, "Change is not possible just by chanting Nepal and Nepali. We should be united." Nepal Unites is a campaign aimed at uniting all youth and making leaders aware of their shortcomings.
